KABJL: A bride was shot dead during a family dispute at a wedding ceremony in Daman district of Kandahar province, local officials said.
Mullah Asadullah Jamshid, spokesman for the Kandahar police command, said the dispute occurred over a vehicle known as a “Golpoosh.”
According to Jamshid, the attacker shot his niece, who was the bride, during the incident.
Officials said the attacker later shot and killed himself.
