DOHA: Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, discussed recent regional developments and diplomatic efforts to ease ongoing tensions during a phone call with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan.
According to Al Thani, Qatar stands in full solidarity with Riyadh and supports Saudi Arabia’s legitimate measures to protect its sovereignty, security and national interests.
He also stressed the importance of continuing diplomatic efforts to reduce regional tensions and achieve lasting peace.
The remarks come amid heightened security tensions across the region, as diplomatic efforts continue to contain the crisis and strengthen dialogue to prevent further escalation.
