KABUL: Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, the Islamic Emirate’s Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, has urged the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) to prepare and publish its analytical reports impartially, taking into account the realities on the ground.
Baradar made the remarks at a ceremony marking the Afghan Red Crescent Society’s dedicated week, saying that it was unfair for reports to overlook Afghanistan’s economic and security achievements.
He added that UNAMA should not act as an adversarial party or focus exclusively on the negative aspects of Afghanistan.
