16 water supply networks put into exploitation in Maidan Wardak

KABUL: At many as 16 water supply networks worth 37 million Afghani (some 514,613 US dollars) put into exploitation in Maidan Wardak province, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development said in a statement.
The projects have been inaugurated by the acting Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhund, the statement said.
According to the statement, the projects with the financial support of UNICEF, have been constructed and rehabilitated in the Sayedabad, Narkh, Behsud, and Jalriz districts of the province.
With the completion of the projects, safe drinking water has been provided to 3,000 families
