KABUL: Russian President Vladimir Putin, has temporarily signed the law, according to which the included groups could be removed from the list of banned groups.
With the implementation of this law, the Islamic Emirate will be delisted from Moscow’s banned groups.
According to Russian media, this step will further expand relations between Moscow and Kabul.
This is while Moscow has recently stepped up its efforts to remove the Islamic Emirate from the list of banned groups.
