Afghan National Judo Team leaves for Uzbekistan to participate in a training camp

KABUL: The officials of the National Olympic Committee reported that 12 members of the Afghan National Judo Team left the country on Monday to participate in a training camp in Uzbekistan.

According to the National Olympic Committee statement, the national judo team with a coach is preparing to participate in the international judo competitions.

This trip has been prepared by the National Judo Federation in cooperation with the General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports.

The training camp will last for 22 days and will prepare the members of the national team for international judo competitions.

The International Judo Competitions are scheduled to be jointly hosted by Turkey and Tajikistan, shortly with the participation of 70 countries of the world.
