KABUL: The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MoRRD) said on Tuesday that 179 development projects with the cost of 300 million Afghanis (some 4,142,856 US dollars) were exploited in two districts of Herat province.
The projects included the construction of retaining walls, road graveling, construction of culverts and cleaning of water channels, and were funded by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
The projects were constructed in the Zinda Jan and Kohsan districts of Herat province.
