KABUL: A meeting was held with Mawlavi Mohammad Zahed Ahmadzai, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, to discuss preventing the illegal migration of Afghan workers.
The Ministry stated that the meeting discussed strategies for preventing the illegal migration of Afghan workers, addressing their responsibilities, and how to tackle existing challenges.
Ahmadzai urged relevant Emirati administrations to take effective and decisive steps in collaboration with private employment companies to combat human trafficking.
Representatives from the Ministries of Interior, Foreign Affairs, Information and Culture, Hajj and Religious Affairs, Public Health, Justice, as well as the National Statistics and Information Authority participated in the meeting.
