KABUL: The spokesman of the Ministry of Interior Affairs Mufti Abdul Mateen Qani, said in a videotape today that security measures have been jointly taken by security forces during the auspicious days of Eid.
He reassured citizens to celebrate the nights and days of Eid with peace of mind and not to worry about potential security problems across the country.
Qani also urged citizens to cooperate with security institutions to ensure a better celebration of Eid al-Adha.
He requested that people refrain from celebratory gunfire, the use of incendiary devices, and any disruptive behavior, while also exercising caution when using vehicles.
On behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Interior, Mawlavi Abdul Matin Qani extended Eid al-Adha greetings to the people of Afghanistan.
