KABUL: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has participated in a regional quadrilateral meeting regarding Afghanistan.
According to a statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly during the “High-Level Week.”
This quadruple meeting involved discussions among Russia, China, Iran, and Pakistan concerning Afghanistan.
