KABUL: The leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan provided important directives during a three-day “Reform and Training” seminar held for officials from several ministries and agencies in Kandahar.
Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat, deputy spokesman Islamic Emirate said in a statement today, the leader emphasized serving the people, providing care for orphans, widowed women, the disabled, and the needy, in accordance with the principles of Islamic law as well as ensuring security.
The leader specified that the decrees issued are based on the will of Allah and aim to enhance the welfare and service to the people.
He also urged officials to perform their responsibilities with sincerity, justice, and compassion, to avoid discord, to adhere to Islamic law, and to serve as guides and support for the people.
The statement noted that during the seminar, scholars and officials reaffirmed their allegiance to the leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
It is noteworthy that this seminar was dedicated to the officials of the Ministries of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs, the Afghan Red Crescent Society, the National Disaster Management Authority, the prison administration, educational centers under the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the Ministry of Interior, and orphanage officials.
