KABUL: The Afghan national futsal team achieved a significant victory in their second match of the AFC Futsal Asian Cup, defeating the Malaysian futsal team with a score of 7-0.
The Afghanistan Football Federation, said in a statement today that the match took place today, in Indonesia, where the Afghan players demonstrated a powerful performance.
Under the guidance of coach Majid Mortazaei, the team led 4-0 at halftime and concluded the second half with 3 more goals, reinforcing their dominance.
This victory is the second win for the Afghan national futsal team in the group stage of the tournament. Previously, they had also defeated the Saudi Arabian team 3-0.
The Afghan futsal team is set to face Iran in their third and final group match of the AFC Futsal Asian Cup.
