Afghanistan, Russia’s Dagestan sign five trade deals worth $1.5 million

KABUL: The Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ACCI) has announced the signing of five agreements valued at $1.5 million between Afghanistan and the Republic of Dagestan, Russia.

The Chamber in a statement said on Saturday, that these agreements were signed during a business networking event between Afghan traders and a delegation from Dagestan, focusing on transportation and food products.

No further details were provided about the specific agreements signed between Afghan traders and the Dagestani business delegation.

Dagestan is one of the republics of the Russian Federation that has established extensive trade relations with Afghanistan in recent years, and these relations are on the rise.
