KABUL: Afghan forces have targeted the General Command of Pakistan’s Frontier Corps (FC) in Quetta as part of the ongoing Operation “Radd-Al-Zulm,” security sources said.
A credible security source told Radio Omid on Wednesday that the headquarters, known as “Ghaza Band,” located in the areas of Kachlagh and Quetta in Balochistan, was struck by Afghan forces.
According to the source, the attack was carried out in response to recent airstrikes by Pakistan’s military regime on Kandahar province.
Initial information indicates that a significant number of Pakistani forces stationed at the FC command center were killed or injured in the strike.
The FC Ghaza Band command is considered one of the major Frontier Corps command headquarters in Balochistan.
