KABUL: The National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA), in collaboration with a local organization, has launched the 1405 National Tree-Planting Campaign in Kabul under the slogan “Healthy Environment, Bright Future.”
According to Radio Omid correspondent, a representative of the organization TLO, Eng. Abdul Rahim Khurram, said that the institution has been active in various sectors for the past 23 years.
As part of the campaign, 1,100 trees will be planted at Tapa Qala-e-Muslim in Kabul city, and an additional 900 saplings will be planted in several schools across the city.
The campaign aims to promote environmental awareness and create greener, healthier urban spaces for future generations.
