Enayatullah Khwarazmi: Afghanistan’s territory fully under control, no need for concern

KABUL: Afghanistan’s Defense Ministry has said there is no need for concern over any part of the country’s territory, stressing its firm commitment to defending every inch of land.
Enayatullah Khwarazmi, spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense of Afghanistan, said in a post on X that all areas along the Durand Line are under the control of Afghan security forces.
He added that strong measures are also in place to protect remote and hard-to-access areas.
The statement comes amid recent concerns regarding limited access to some areas in Nuristan province in eastern Afghanistan.
Khwarazmi emphasized that Afghan defense forces remain fully committed to safeguarding the country’s territorial integrity.
