KABUL: In an overnight strike at least six people were killed and 39 others were injured after a student dormitory was reportedly hit in the Russian-controlled Luhansk region, according to reports.
The attack took place late at night, with victims said to be residents of the building.
Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin instructed his defense minister to prepare what was described as a “retaliatory response” following the incident.
Ukraine has not yet officially commented on the reported strike.
