KABUL: India has advised its citizens not to travel to Iran and has urged Indian nationals currently residing in the country to leave as soon as possible.
In a statement, the Indian Embassy in Tehran, citing recent developments in the region, once again called on all Indian citizens to avoid travel to Iran.
The embassy also urged those already in Iran to depart the country through any available means.
This comes amid escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, which have exchanged attacks in recent days, raising concerns about the regional security situation.
