BAZARAK: Spokesman of the Panjshir governor, Saiffuddin Latoon, has announced a ban on the use of smartphones in all Panjshir’s government offices.
He said the decision was made based on the directives issued by the Islamic Emirate Leader, adding that although restrictions on smartphone use had already been in place, civilian and military employees are now explicitly prohibited from using smartphones inside government offices, and the violators will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
According to Latoon, computers will continue to be used for official administrative and public service functions, and measures have been taken to implement the leadership’s directives.
