Results of Afghanistan’s 1405 national university Entrance Exam (Kankor) announced

KABUL: Shaikh Abdul Baqi Haqqani, head of Afghanistan’s National Examination Authority, announced the results of the 1405 Solar Hijri (2026) national university entrance examination (Kankor) during a ceremony held at the Government Media and Information Center.
According to the announced results, Rashid, son of Pahlawan, from Parwan province and a graduate of Shahid Mullah Mohammad High School, secured first place in the 1405 national Kankor examination by scoring 360.00 points and has been admitted to Kabul Medical University (Abu Ali Ibn Sina University).
Meanwhile, Enamullah, son of Shirzaman, from Kunar province and a student of Narang Boys High School, achieved second place with a score of 358.09 points and was also admitted to Kabul Medical University (Abu Ali Ibn Sina University).
In addition, Abdul Hadi, son of Abdul Rahman, from Paktia province and a graduate of Khwaja Ali High School, secured third place with a score of 356.9 points, earning admission to Kabul Medical University (Abu Ali Ibn Sina University).
The announcement marks the conclusion of Afghanistan’s annual national university entrance examination process, which determines admission to public higher education institutions across the country.
