Israeli strike on Western Gaza apartment leaves six dead

KABUL: At least six people were martyred after an Israeli airstrike hit a residential apartment building in western Gaza City.
According to Al Jazeera, the strike, carried out on Saturday (July 18), targeted a building in the Al-Nasr neighborhood of western Gaza City.
Reports say the death toll from the war in Gaza has reached 73,246, with more than 173,000 people injured since the conflict began in October 2023.
The reports also state that despite a ceasefire agreement reached in October 2025, Israeli military operations in Gaza have continued, with more than 1,000 people martyred and over 3,000 others injured since the ceasefire took effect.
Meanwhile, the Gaza Strip continues to face a severe humanitarian crisis, as ongoing hostilities, airstrikes, and limited access to essential services have further worsened conditions for civilians.
