KABUL: At least 10 people, including the suspected gunman, were injured in a shooting in the U.S. city of Tucson, local authorities in the state of Arizona said.
Police said the incident occurred Sunday morning near a shopping center.
According to officials, the suspect was shot by police officers after failing to comply with their orders and was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
Authorities said the motive for the shooting remains unclear. However, preliminary reports indicate that the incident may have stemmed from a confrontation between two groups.
