KABUL: A delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, led by Deputy Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Mawlavi Sadr Azam Osmani, has departed on an official visit to the Maldives.
According to a ministry statement, the visit aims to expand bilateral cooperation in agricultural research, plant protection, integrated pest management, the adoption of modern agricultural technologies, and scientific and technical collaboration between Afghanistan and the Maldives.
The ministry said the visit is part of broader efforts to strengthen bilateral ties and promote the exchange of expertise in the agriculture and livestock sectors.
