KABUL: Fazl Mohammad Sabir, Afghanistan’s Chargé d’Affaires in Turkmenistan, met with a delegation from the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce to discuss expanding bilateral trade and addressing the challenges faced by traders between the two countries.
According to the Afghan Embassy in Turkmenistan, the meeting focused on strengthening commercial ties, identifying obstacles to trade, and exchanging views on practical solutions.
Sabir assured the delegation of the embassy’s full support for the business community, while members of the Chamber of Commerce thanked the embassy for its cooperation and efforts to address traders’ concerns.
In recent years, Afghanistan and Turkmenistan have expanded cooperation in trade, transit, and economic development, with both sides emphasizing the need to improve trade facilitation and strengthen commercial relations.
