KABUL: Four people were martyred and six others injured in a traffic accident on the Balkh-Kabul highway, Balkh police said.
The Balkh police command said in a statement that the accident occurred on Friday, September 11, when a Toyota Fielder-type vehicle collided with a truck on the highway.
Police attributed the accident to speeding and driver negligence.
