State-Owned Companies showcase products at joint Afghan-Uzbek Exhibition

KABUL: Officials of Afghanistan’s state-owned North Coal Company have participated in the first joint exhibition of Afghan-Uzbek light industry products in the Uzbek city of Termez, showcasing the company’s products and commercial capabilities alongside other Afghan businesses and traders.

According to a statement from the General Directorate of State-Owned Enterprises, around 63 booths have been established at the exhibition, with 30 allocated to Afghan participants.

The exhibition features a range of Afghan products, including coal, carpets, handicrafts, clothing, leather goods, saffron, dried fruits, and other locally produced goods, the statement said.
