KABUL: Afghanistan’s Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, Mawlavi Ataullah Omari, has traveled to Uzbekistan’s capital, Tashkent, at the official invitation of the Uzbek Ministry of Agriculture.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock said Omari was officially welcomed by Uzbek officials upon his arrival in Tashkent.
According to the ministry, the visit aims to discuss ways to expand cooperation between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan in agriculture and livestock and to assess opportunities for joint cooperation in these sectors.
