KABUL: Mohsen Zanganeh, head of Iran’s Production Support Commission and a member of the Iranian Parliament, has said that Iran could export crude oil to Afghanistan by extending an oil pipeline to the Afghan border.
Speaking at a meeting in Herat, Zanganeh said Iran’s oil pipeline is located approximately 200 kilometers from the Afghan border.
According to Zanganeh, the crude oil could be transported to Afghanistan, processed domestically and then exported to other countries.
