KABUL: Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, President of Afghanistan’s National Environmental Protection Agency (NPEA), has attended an international environmental education conference in Sarawak, Malaysia.
According to a statement from the agency, the two-day conference brings together representatives from various countries and United Nations organisations to discuss climate change, raise environmental awareness, and waste management.
On the sidelines of the conference, Khalis also met with Sarawak’s Deputy Premier.
