KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, met today with a number of scholars and elders of Ghor province.
According to the deputy spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, Mullah Hamdullah Fetrat, during the meeting, the local scholars highlighted the damages caused by floods and called for the Islamic Emirate to focus on constructing schools and madrassas, repairing communication routes, and building health centers in the remote areas of the province.
Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanifi heard their proposals and assured them that solutions would be considered based on available resources.
It is noteworthy that the scholars expressed satisfaction with the efforts of local officials in maintaining security and providing services to the people, and they acknowledged the cooperation of the community in various areas.
