KABUL: Spain is currently facing 14 active wildfires, resulting in the deaths of seven people and causing extensive financial damage.
According to Reuters, officials have reported that the intensity of these fires has increased significantly in the regions of Galicia, Castilla, and León.
Authorities have warned that conditions for controlling the fires have not yet improved.
According to the reports, over 157,000 hectares of forest have been burned this year alone.
