KABUL: Following their attacks on Israel, Houthi forces have targeted Tel Aviv, the country’s capital, using a “Palestine-2” hypersonic missile.
TASS news agency quoting Yahya Saree, a spokesperson for the Houthi forces in Yemen reported on Tuesday, that in an interview with the Houthi-affiliated “Al-Masirah” television, Saree stated that the strike was aimed at a “vital” target in the heart of Israel.
The spokesperson noted:” Yemen’s armed forces successfully conducted a military operation using the hypersonic ballistic missile Palestine-2, hitting an important Israeli facility in the occupied Yafo neighborhood (Tel Aviv).”
He also mentioned another attack involving a drone targeting Ramon Airport near the southern city of Eilat, Israel.
However, the Israeli regime claimed to have intercepted one missile fired from Yemen. The Houthi missile attacks on Israeli targets continue in support of the people of Gaza.
