KABUL: Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, reported that Pakistani forces launched another attack on Afghan soil this morning using both light and heavy weapons.
According to him, these attacks resulted in the deaths of 12 civilians and injuries to over 100 others.
The spokesperson added that in response to these attacks, Afghan forces initiated a defensive counterattack, resulting in the deaths of a significant number of Pakistani soldiers, the capture of several military posts and centers, and the acquisition of a substantial amount of weapons and armored tanks.
The source indicated that the fighting continued until around 8 AM, after which the area was fully secured by Afghan forces.
Mujahid noted, “Currently, the war is under our control, but the Mujahideen will defend their land and people with high morale.”

This comes amid reports that the fighting in Spin Boldak has ceased at the request of the Pakistani side.
