KABUL: Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, has welcomed the ceasefire agreement between Kabul and Islamabad.
In a message on his X account, he described the achieved agreement as “the first step in the right direction,” emphasizing that it provides an important opportunity for regional stability and mutual understanding.
He added that the next round of talks is set to take place in Turkey, specifically in Istanbul.
According to him, this meeting aims to establish a joint monitoring mechanism for the implementation of the agreement.
It has been reported that the next round of discussions between Afghan and Pakistani officials will be held on October 25 in Istanbul, Turkey.
