Search underway for missing persons after Chinese Ship Sinks in South Korea

KABUL: Authorities in South Korea have initiated extensive search and rescue operations following the sinking of a Chinese ship off the country’s western coast, with nine individuals reported missing.
Local officials stated that there were 11 people on board the vessel, and so far, only two have been rescued, while the remaining nine are still unaccounted for.
The ship sank approximately 150 kilometers from the shore.
According to reports, search teams, assisted by the naval forces and rescue teams, are working diligently to locate the missing individuals.
