KABUL: At least four people were killed and eleven others injured in a shooting incident in California, American media, citing local officials, have reported.
According to The New York Times reported today, Heather Brent, a local official, stated that the shooting was targeted and occurred during a family celebration in the city of Stockton, California.
According to published information, the victims included both children and adults.
Ron Freitas, the district attorney for San Joaquin County, mentioned that the shooter is alive and at large.
The motive for the attack and the identity of the shooter remain unknown.
Stockton is located approximately 80 kilometers south of the state capital, Sacramento, and about 160 kilometers northeast of San Francisco.
