Tripartite meeting on Gaza held in New York with U.S., Qatar, and Israeli officials

KABUL: U.S. media have reported that an important trilateral meeting regarding Gaza was held between senior officials from the United States, Qatar, and the Israeli occupation regime.
Axios, a U.S. media outlet, cited credible sources reporting early today, that the meeting took place in New York and was hosted by Steve Witkoff, Trump’s Special Representative for the Middle East, with the presence of David Barnea, head of the Mossad (Israeli intelligence agency), and a senior official from Qatar.
The report noted that the meeting represented the highest-level dialogue among the mentioned countries following the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli occupying regime.
Details regarding the agenda and outcomes of the discussions have not been disclosed.
The meeting comes amid accusations against the Israeli occupation regime for numerous ceasefire violations in Gaza, despite having received all surviving hostages and their remains.
The Hamas movement has warned that if mediators fail to convince the regime to adhere to the ceasefire, they will consider the truce to be over as well.
