The delegation is expected to depart from Kabul late on today, heading to the city of Urumqi, where the talks will be held under Chinese mediation.
According to sources, the delegation includes representatives from key Afghan institutions, including the ministries of foreign affairs, interior, and defense, as well as the intelligence directorate.
