KABUL: Al Jazeera has reported that despite the signing of a ceasefire implementation agreement between Lebanon and Israel, brokered by the United States, Israeli forces have continued carrying out military strikes on Lebanese territory.
At the same time, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian criticized what he described as the international community’s silence regarding Israeli attacks. He stated that Iran’s new religious leader carries a significant responsibility to strengthen unity, coordination, and a common stance among Islamic countries.
Pezeshkian emphasized that closer cooperation among Muslim nations could play an effective role in addressing the ongoing crises in the region and reducing tensions.
