KABUL: The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has expressed its condolences over the death of former Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
In a statement posted on X on Sunday, the Islamic Emirate’s spokesman, Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, said that with regret, we have been informed that Sheikh Hamad passed away.
The Islamic Emirate expresses its condolences and sympathy to the State of Qatar, the family of the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and the Qatari people and wishes paradise for the late Emir and patience and strength to his family.
