KABUL: U.S. President Donald Trump says that some of the United States’ ammunition stocks have become limited during the war with Iran and that the ongoing conflict is expected to end soon.
Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump indirectly acknowledged shortages in some U.S. ammunition supplies, saying that the United States has plenty of ammunition overall but that stocks of certain types of munitions have become limited.
The war with Iran has so far cost the United States approximately $38 billion.
