KABUL: Baloch nationalists mark August 11 every year as “Balochistan Independence Day,” describing the occasion as being linked to the political identity of Balochistan and their demand for independence.
They say the date is associated with August 11, 1947, when discussions and decisions concerning the political future of Balochistan took place under British rule.
On the occasion, Baloch nationalist groups reiterate their political position and renew their calls for Balochistan’s independence.
