KABUL: Three people were martyred and three others injured in a traffic accident in Khulm district of Samangan province, local officials said.
The accident occurred at around 5 a.m. on Sunday in the area beyond Golayee Sayyad in Khulm district and the victims and injured were taken to a clinic in Khulm ditrict.
Officials said excessive speed and failure to observe traffic regulations were among the causes of the accident.
