KABUL: Pakistan has extended its ban on Indian civilian and military aircraft using its airspace until November 24 this year.
The Pakistan Airports Authority said on X that the restriction will expire at 5 a.m. on November 24.
According to the authority, the ban applies not only to aircraft registered in India but also to aircraft owned or leased by Indian airlines, as well as Indian military aircraft.
Islamabad initially closed its airspace to Indian aircraft on April 23, 2025, amid heightened tensions and clashes between the two countries, and has extended the restriction several times since then.
India has not yet issued an official response to Pakistan’s latest decision.
