KABUL: U.S. President Donald Trump has said he decided to take military action in the Middle East because, he argued, the United States cannot allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons.
Trump added that the war against Iran would end “very soon” and that people would see the outcome.
Referring to rising oil prices, he said the increase was a “very small price to pay” for ensuring the security of the United States and the world..
