KABUL: The leading player of the national cricket team, Rashid Khan, on his official Facebook page, said that he will donate one and a half million Afghanis to the recent flood-affected families of Baghlan province.
He also said that in addition to cash donations, their charitable foundation will also distribute cooked food for 15 days to 1,000 flood victims every day.
Khan called on all wealthy citizens and aid organizations to continue their assistance to the needy flood victims and save the lives of people in this critical situation.
On the other hand, Koza Pakhtunkhwa businessman and Peshawar Zalmi team leader Javed Afridi has also announced a donation of 10 million Pakistani rupees for the recent flood-affected people in Afghanistan.
