NEW DELHI: The Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal, said in a press conference that India has started issuing visas to Afghans.
Referring to the long and historical relations between Afghanistan and India, Jaiswal said that New Delhi will expand the range of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
According to him, the government of India has made this decision in order to develop bilateral cooperation and support the people of Afghanistan.
