Construction work on development projects worth 22 million Afghanis begins in Farah

KABUL: Construction of work on a number of development projects worth 22 million Afghanis has begun in Farah province, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in a statement told Radio Omid. 

According to the statement, the projects include the construction of rural roads, retaining walls, and small bridges, and will be implemented in various areas of Purchaman district in Farah province. 

During the implementation of these projects, employment opportunities will be created for dozens of local residents. 

Once completed, the projects are expected to address some of the environmental and infrastructure challenges faced by the residents of the Purchaman district.
