KABUL: The provincial officials of Parwan said that two people were martyred and three others were injured in a traffic accident on the Salang Highway.
According to officials, the accident occurred in the Qabr-e-Kaliner area of Salang when a vehicle veered off the road and overturned.
Officials attributed the accident to driver negligence.
