KABUL: Ibrahim Kalin, head of Turkey’s intelligence agency, and his accompanying delegation have met with Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, Interior Minister, to discuss bilateral relations and security cooperation.
Ministry of Interior Affairs said in a statement that the meeting focused on expanding relations between Afghanistan and Turkey, strengthening security, combating drug trafficking, and improving coordination between the interior ministries of the two countries.
The two sides also discussed and exchanged views on a number of regional issues, according to the statement.
